Baggage Policy

Overview

Indonesia Railways allows passengers to carry personal luggage free of charge within specific weight and size limits. To maintain safety, comfort, and convenience onboard, all baggage must comply with the regulations outlined below. Hand Luggage (Carry-On)

Each passenger may bring one piece of hand luggage that can fit in the overhead rack or under the seat. Hand luggage should not block aisles or cause inconvenience to other passengers. Typical examples include backpacks, handbags, or small trolleys.

Free Luggage Allowance

The free luggage allowance varies depending on the travel class and train type, in accordance with Indonesia Railways policy:
